Spa Etiquette - "How to Spa"

At Body Options Day Spa, we would like it to be the BEST, relaxing and enjoyable spa experience you will have. We ask you to follow our spa etiquette.

SCHEDULING - To assure that you receive all of the time that you desire in the spa, please make an appointment. Making a follow-up confirmation call the day of your appointment is suggested.

ARRIVING - New client or clients receiving spa treatments please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow you time to fill out the client information forms.

PUNCTUALITY - Being on time for your appointment is greatly needed to assure you receive your scheduled treatments. We also want to make sure all other clients are not inconvenienced. We would greatly appreciate a phone call if you are going to be more than 10 minutes late. Being late for your appointment could result in your treatment time being shortened, and no price adjustments will be made.

DEPOSITS - A deposit is required when scheduling Spa packages (which include three or more services) or wedding or Hot Toddy parties. We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express and/or debit card. A Gift Certificate can also be used as a deposit.

CANCELLATIONS - Treatments you select are reserved especially for you. We require 24-hour notice of cancellations or changes to avoid being charged the full-price. For parties and spa packages, deposits are non-refundable. This also applies to no shows.

Our staff at Body Options Day Spa respects our clientele completely and at all times.
Private areas of the body will always be covered and never touched during any services given.
